  1. Call and register the claim

    If you think your client might need to make a claim, please call us or send an email.
    If you’re not sure whether they can claim, it’s best to check, so please get in touch.

    Once you've called, a member of our Claims Team will complete the claim form with you over the phone.
    They'll then process the claim and keep you informed every step of the way.

Our Claims Team listen to the concerns of a customer and use their experience to identify the exact help that is needed, then make it happen.

How HALO works

A member of our Claims Team will tell you about our HALO services when your clients make a claim. They’ll take the time to understand their situation, then recommend ways HALO can help.

In most cases, the entire cost of the help offered is covered by the policy.
